/What do I need?

To track your order, please use your tracking number (8-27 digit number) either located on your dispacth email notfication when your order was placed or it can be located in ‘your account’. Then please select the correct shipping service below

Track your order if you have used the following services:

- Standard Shipping ($5.99) (US/UK/FR/DE etc)

- Standard Shipping (from $9.99) (The rest of the world)

- Expedited Shipping (We suspended expedited shipping service due to the impact of COVID-19, we will restart the service until DHL restarts the service for our suppliers)

- FREE Shipping - all orders that have qualified for free shipping ($99+)
